The staff here were extremely helpful and welcoming, addressing all of our concerns, and the double room we reserved came fully equipped with 2 queen beds and a microwave, receiving excellent service during our stay.

Location really close to restaurants, shopping and Miller Auditorium, a local drugstore, and interstate and eating establishments for dinner. Nice hot and large breakfast - fresh fruit, cookies, yogurt and eggs. Efficient check-in, late check-out, always pleasant staff.

No complaints, the venue met my needs. The hotel area was fairly clean, the room was spotless. Loved my rooms for towels or garbage. There were a microwave oven and kitchenware upon arrival.

the staff was extremely friendly, I was immediately told that there is a pool and whirlpool, fitness centre and laundry room. The room was very spacious and very nice. The bed was more than comfortable and the TV was huge, everything was always clean and there was no noise pollution from other guests, etc.

the breakfast was unfortunately not my case at all, on the first day the juice machine and coffee machine were broken; in the entrance area it smells very strongly of chlorine, but really only in the entrance area! Unfortunately it was not possible to close the curtains in my room completely and my room was right next to the illuminated sign with the logo of the hotel (a little bright), the lift scared me a little as it was very loud and very jerky, but I used it anyway. The location was a little isolated, without a car you have no chance to get here.

The room is spotless, with a pristine bathroom, and the location is fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk from Spring Arbor University.

The pool/hot tub, jacuzzi in our room, quiet, easy interstate access and the price!

Bathtub was a little small, and I am only 5'5"!!

we did not have any air or air conditioning in our room and the pool was green

The room here was nicely decorated and had everything we needed like a shower and hairdryers, and the breakfast with fresh fruit, cookies, yogurt, and eggs was really good.

Loud remodeling/construction work and sounds next to and above our room from 9am-5pm, fridge was leaking and in the bathroom when we arrived, the large tub in the room looked nice, but when I was going to use it, the hot water handle was completely unattached so all you could use was cold water and because that handle didn't actually shut off it constantly dripped all day and night. Even though the room also appeared cleaned when initially walking in, it also didn't look prepared at the same time. Few towels miscellaneousely lying around and again the fridge in the bathroom.

Everything! Staff unhelpful, carpet dirty, shower walls peeling, chairs dirty, floor slanted, laundry facilities awful machines not taken care of ! Breakfast weak!!

Despite a few quirky employees, the service here was really good. The breakfast was nice and had a good variety of hot food 🍳.

I booked on line with my AAA -had my daughter 14 and my daughter from Westeren came to hotel, we were visiting her. I had the print out of my confirmation. I was told the room was never booked or recieved. I had booked a queen suite- I was given a King bed with a sofa couch pull out bed. We arrived at the room my 14 yr old open the door and some one else was already in this room. Shocking for both . I was given another room but I have never had this happen esp when I book with AAA... and the Whirlpool was not working...

Workout room had weights and pull up station and was spacious with a TV, that was really nice

Pool was a bit scummy, but decent.
